Legend Lore went on hiatus a few weeks ago, Legend Lore went on hiatus. However, in the announcement, Loren promised something spooky in store for the end of October. Well it’s near the end of October, and like any good prophecy (or curse), Legend Lore stays true to the letter of their promise.
This week, Loren and jess tear into the Book of the Dead to gaze into Pathfinder 2e’s undead archetypes. I’m excited. It’s not that PF2’s playable undead options are any more complicated than other archetypes, mechanically. The challenge is fitting them into traditional campaigns. Although 2e keeps expanding on the lore of traditionally villainous ancestries, expanding the roles they fill within the setting, exonerating undead takes more explaining.
While Legend Lore sees a temporary return, the other Loren and jess collaboration is going in the opposite direction. Tavern Rats, the actual play of the Pathfinder 2e Quest for the Frozen Flame adventure path, is going on indefinite hiatus after this week’s episode.
