Not a Farewell

Dear Friends and Fans,

It is I: the DovahQueen. I know what you’re thinking: people only address their fans like this when they’re leaving. First off, I am going nowhere. That said, I’m putting Dear DovahQueen and Bend the Knee on hiatus for the time being. There’s a lot of moving parts in my personal life surrounding my education and career, and I simply don’t have the time to dedicate to these blogs the way I’d like to. While DDQ and BtK are going on ice for a while, I’ll still be active in Know Direction: Adventurous and Stellar as well as Roll for Combat’s Fall of Plaguestone. DDQ and BtK are beloved projects of mine, but they take a lot of my attention to produce at a level that I’m satisfied with. After my life settles down a bit, I plan to continue taking questions from you and asking fun questions of you when these blogs return. Until then, I hope that the past pieces of advice I’ve given can remain relevant as they’re still available at knowdirectionpodcast.com. Thank you for the past four years; they’ve been incredible. This is less a “farewell” and more of a “see you soon.”

Sincerely,

Loren
