Pay No Attention to the Man Who’s Actually Behind the Screens ….

Welcome to Craft Wondrous Item, where the Know Direction Crew show you all of the neat things that they’ve been crafting! Today, Private Sanctuary Podcast’s cohost, Guidance’s author, and self-stylized Everyman Gamer Alex Augunas is going to be showing you the techniques he used to sculpt a model for his kitsune kineticist, Hein Hwan!

I swear, folks, I actually DON’T sit at my desk all day and sculpt kitsune! (Although wouldn’t that be fun ….)

At any rate, you might be thinking to yourself, “Hey? Where’s the Man Behind the Screens today?” Well folks, I’m sorry to say that NO ONE is sitting behind the screens today, as Anthony is off galavanting with his lovely new bride on their honeymoon. (*Cue ‘D’AAAAAAW’ from the readers*)

To make matters more complicated, I offered to fill in for Anthony today, but I ended up getting sick on Saturday with an illness that ultimately leaves me in no right mind for explaining anything to a 5th Grader (which is what I do for part of the day at work), let alone all of you wonderful ladies and gentlemen. Luckily for me, I spent some of my free time last week converting a Reaper Miniatures Babau into a kitsune for my personal use at the Philadelphia chapter of the Pathfinder Society AND I even ‘accidentally’ documented my process for creating it. (I kept sending pictures to my friends, who asked for updates considering how drastic the conversion was for this character. Again, I don’t usually document my work unless I know I’m doing a Craft Wondrous Item segment in the near future.)

At any rate, all of these strange coincidences lead to the creation of today’s article. Enjoy the wonder of my transformation of an ordinary pit fiend into a fantastic, occult kitsune! You guys go ahead and read this, and I’m going back to bed. Sound good? Okay! Enjoy the gallery, and I’ll see you back at the Know Direction Network on Friday for another fantastic Iconic Design!* Take care!

* Unless you’re that complainer who complained about me doing an article with a catfolk PC. Seriously dude? SERIOUSLY?!
