Every week, Now You Know recaps the Know Direction content of the past week, previews the Know Direction content of the week to come, and shares the thoughts on the state of the network from the director of operations, Ryan Costello.
Sorry folks, I’m swamped with work and freelance. As you may have noticed with the lack of an Adventurous release last week, I’m going to be hit or miss with my Network responsibilities for the near future. That said, if you had to choose between my next installment of Behind The Screens coming out this week and the first episode of the new Adventurous season coming out next week, do you have a preference? Let me know what network content you’d prefer I prioritize in the KD Discord or in a reply to this post on social media.
Speaking of our content, here’s a recap of everything that came out last week on the Know Direction Network:

Presenting – Nicole Lindroos
I believe Presenting – Gamers Making Games has two distinct audiences:
- Listeners who want to know more about their favourite game industry contributors;
- Listeners who want to know more about the game industry.
As much as listeners who fall into the former category should enjoy this interview with Nicole Lindroos of Green Ronin, GAMA, and much more, it’s jam and jelly for listeners in the latter category. Real insightful.

More Lore – Expanding Lore
By Scott Young
Scott talks about using the setting to take a PFS scenario, remove the Pathfinder Society elements, and replace them with relevant, interesting content. He uses the adventure he ran for the Adventurous crew as an example, but avoids spoiling the adventure for listeners.

Know Direction 269 Live – Queerfinder Breakdown
As soon as Pathfinder Infinite was announced, chatter started about exploring the queer side of Golarion. Probably before Infinite was announced, honestly, but Infinite finally gave the idea a platform. The result was Queerfinder, an anthology magazine that’s currently #1 on the Pathfinder Infinite Best Selling list. I’m looking forward to hearing Perram, Luis, and Vanessa interview with Grady and Theo about the journey and success of Queerfinder.

Game Design Unboxed 30: Summit
Danielle speaks with Conor McGoey, the founder of Inside Up Games, the designer behind Summit, and my booth neighbour the one time my day job sent me to Germany for Essen. Summit, a 3D game about mountain climbing, has real table presence and I would have bought a copy if he was selling and not just promoting his upcoming Kickstarter.
