Every week, Now You Know recaps the Know Direction content of the past week, previews the Know Direction content of the week to come, and shares the thoughts on the state of the network from the director of operations, Ryan Costello.
Congratulations to Intrepid Heroes on their 100th episode, out today. It’s been almost three years since John Godek, Ron Lundeen, Stephanie Lundeen, Scott Keim, Mark Woolcott, and Rob Helm joined Know Direction and the network’s been stronger because of it.
John in particular brings so much to the network. His business acumen, personablility, and professionalism not only make his shows great, but give the rest of us assets to call on to improve our content. He’s also brought on amazing guest talent, like Jason “Jake” Tondro and Eleanor Ferron. Actually, I guess Eleanor is full time cast. She’s just such a get for Intrepid Heroes, I guess I still think of her as a friend of the network and not the Cast role she actually fills.
Intrepid Heroes is some of our most consistent content, and easily the most consistent actual play the network ever released. As someone who produces an actual play, I know how much work it takes, and yet John makes it look effortless. Especially when you consider the changes in how they record and play -going in person to online to I believe hybrid- in just the time they’ve been on the network, without missing dates or dropping in quality.
John may have said he doubts there’ll be another 100 episodes of Intrepid Heroes, but I wouldn’t be surprised. They’ve already recorded up to episode 130+, what’s about 70 after that? An accomplishment, that’s what?
Speaking of the content, here’s a recap of what went up on the Know Direction Network last week:

Presenting – Karee Vogrin
Karee Vogrin’s Critical Hit Cookies is a fun addition to my social media, combines two things I love. Like, it just makes me happy that there’s an RPG-based bakery out there. And that it’s owned by a Pathfinder enthusiast, an Order of the Amber Die player, and a great person? Even better!

Investing In: The Lore of Impossible Lands
By Rob Pontious
I received my copy of Impossible Lands in the mail not long ago. As much as I usually enjoy new Pathfinder hardcover deliveries, I was more excited about it because of Rob’s articles hyping it. It’s what I call the Pontious Effect.
